How it works
- Download the support tool with the button above.
- Run it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info → Run anyway.
- Let us know it’s running. When we connect, a prompt will ask for your permission. Click Allow.
- When you're done, close the support tool. The connection ends immediately.
You stay in control
- Nothing is installed. The tool only runs while it's open.
- Every connection asks for your permission first, and a bar on screen shows while someone is connected.
- You can disconnect at any time by closing the tool.
- Nothing permanent is set up unless we agree on it together.
